TFS Staff and Regional Facilitators: To enable the day-to-day operation and coordination of the programme (e.g., connecting a school with a landowner).
Programme Partners: Information may be shared with our partners, such as Rotary Clubs or Regional Councils, to coordinate their support for specific schools or planting projects.
Third-Party Service Providers: Such as email providers, website hosting services, or payment processors (for donations). These parties are required to protect your information by using reasonable security safeguards.
Legal Compliance: Where required by the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 or any other applicable law.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
