Donate a Native Tree Appeal
Introduction:
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Donate & Win, Donate a Native Tree Appeal ("Competition") hosted by Trees for Survival Charitable Trust ("we" or "us") on Facebook ("Platform").
Eligibility:
You must be at least 16 years old to participate.
Employees of Trees for Survival Charitable Trust and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
Competition Period:
The Competition starts at Monday 27 May 12.00am NZT and ends at Friday 31 May 11.59pm NZT ("Competition Period").
How to Enter:
Visit www.tfsnz.org.nz or www.giveatree.nz during the Competition Period and make a donation.
Each donation made successfully will be entered into the competition as a separate entry, but each entry must comply with these Terms.
Selection of Winner:
At the end of the Competition Period, a winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries.
The winner will be announced on our Facebook Page within five (5) days of the closing date.
We will also attempt to contact the winner via Facebook private message.
Prize:
The winner will receive one of three $50 Mitre 10 gift cards.
There is no cash alternative for the prize.
The prize is non-transferable.
Winner Requirements:
The winner must respond to the notification within 7 days to claim the prize.
The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity, such as a photo being taken with the prize.
General Terms:
We reserve the right to cancel or modify the Competition without prior notice at any time.
By entering the Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You agree that any information you provide will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring your entry complies with Facebook's terms of service.
This Competition is governed by the laws of New Zealand.
