Improving the experience

Back to the Trees for Survival newsletter

Many schools post photos and children’s written work about their Trees for Survival programme on their school website to share with other people in their broader school community. Here are some links that show how some schools have approached this reporting function. These good examples reinforce how the Trees for Survival programme can be integrated into the broader curriculum to provide further learning experiences.

Look at how some schools are using their websites:

Moturoa School
Waipipi School
Waiuku School
Bucklands Beach Primary School
Owairoa School
Hunua School
Pakiri School
Otahuhu Intermediate School
Waiheke Primary School
Aorere College

Often these sites also provide a link to www.tfsnz.org.nz  where those interested can learn more.
